Step 1.Have information on hand

Please provide as much detail as possible relating to the pothole issue. This could include:

• Location of the issue, either by a nearby property, the street or ideally providing a pin point location.
• Details about the pothole, e.g size, depth
• Any photos or supporting documents to help us.

If you provide your contact information, we will follow up your request via email or phone within 24 hours, to let you know the status of your request.

To submit a report, you will need to know the address or approximate location. A photo of the pothole, or other supporting information, will also be helpful.

Step 2.Visit our offices

Come to council offices between 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday at 50 Collins Street, Melbourne to provide information and report the pothole.
